Elli keeps data only for as long as needed to provide the app’s functions or comply with applicable obligations. Uploaded manicure photos are deleted after processing is completed unless you choose to keep them in your records. Generated results and manicure history may be stored in your history view until you delete them.
Temporary processing data is deleted after the processing task is completed. Crash logs may be retained for up to 12 months for stability and debugging purposes. Support messages may be retained for up to 6 months so we can respond to inquiries and maintain a record of prior support interactions.
You may delete records, photos, and other app data at any time through the app’s available controls, subject to device and system limitations.
